The Adventure Tour was incredible and I strongly recommend it for anyone with an adventurous spirit! The day starts with a small elevated hike to the cave entrance. From there, your experienced guide helps you explore the caves and guides you through a repell that is good for all skill levels. You have time to test your ability to get into some tight squeezes before deciding if you want to challenge yourself to go on a bit of a longer adventure squeezing through a maze of awesome shoots. Take on the adventure and experience it to the fullest!

Wow. What a day! Had a ton of fun, challenged myself and learned a lot. BRENT was an incredible guide! Me being the scaredy-cat of the group, Brent made me feel so welcome and at ease. I 100% recommend the adventure tour. If you’re going into the cave - I wore leggings and a light pair of sweats overtop with a long sleeve tee and a hoodie. I also wore a toque under my helmet which I recommend. Also, wear solid shoes- they’ll get dirty and scuffed up.

A great experience that I recommend to all other travellers in the area. Our guide was very experienced and helpful regarding all aspects related to climbing. Our guide was also very informative about the cave and its origins. Canmore Cave Tours also provided overalls to protect your clothes from the dirt within the caves. We took the 6 hour tour and it is worth every penny we spent, as we truly enjoyed our time within the cave. If you are going in the winter I recommend wearing multiple thinner layers to keep warm during the 40 minute hike.
